Joy returned after 4 1/2 months of recovery from a broken tibia injury to score 12 points as Landmark beat The Lovett School 56-41 on Saturday, November 19th. Joy entered her senior season with 990 points. She is the first Landmark player since 2008 to score 1000 points. Joy is coached by Jackie Cowan-Freeman at Landmark. She played for Bruce Price at Peak Performance for two years. A more detailed article on Joy reaching her 1000th point will be in the North Fulton Neighborhood newspaper later this week.
